Domestic Shipping Policy
Glam’r Gear Canada is the exclusive Canadian supplier of Glam’r Gear™ products in Canada.

Shipping processing time & Delivery Estimates
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

In Stock
In stock inventory is in warehouses in Canada. If you are a Canadian customer and your item is currently in our Toronto warehouse, you can expect your item within 2 weeks or less.

Custom Order
Custom order patches will be delivered in 1 months or less from the date of order.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped with your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Glam’r Gear Canada is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We proudly ship Glam’r Gear products to every country in the world except for Australia and the United States. Custom Order

Custom order shoes will be delivered in 1 months or less from the date of order.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Glam’r Gear Canada aims to provide you the most accurate cost of your purchase at checkout. Glam’r Gear Canada is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
