Please allow up to an extra 10-21 days for fulfillment of order. We suggest waiting until you have received the bag before placing a personalization order, that way you do not delay receipt of your product. The Personalization patch attaches with velcro so it is easy to add at any time.
This patch is for CHANGING STATIONS and DEMIS ONLY (Not for Solos)! No special characters, including emojis. Letters only.
We strongly suggest using only ONE word (First name, for example). Additional words (or long names) will significantly reduce the font size. Maximum TWO Words (middle initials count as a word). Words will be stacked, one above the other. Maximum 10-Characters per Line.
We'll make the fonts as large as possible on the finished product.
Our graphics designer may make minor adjustments to fit size requirements.
Note: If buying the patch for a bag you have already, due to variances in different production runs, we can not, and do not, guarantee that the personalized patch will match the color tone or pattern of your bag.
If your order includes a personalized patch, the entire order will ship when the personalized patch is ready. If you're in a hurry to receive something, we recommend ordering that separately from the patch.
